Integrative therapy

Diversana:integrativeTherapy

Integrative therapy helps to find and understand one’s emotions, sensations, thoughts and behaviors in order to live one’s life in an open and authentic way, without protecting oneself behind a defensive attitude or rigid positions. It helps to know oneself and to assert oneself in relationships.

Integrative therapy draws on different ways of understanding human functioning, including client-centered, behavioral, cognitive, family, gestalt, body psychotherapy and transactional analysis therapies.
